The DTA Elite Softball team will hold tryouts for
their 2010 team on Sunday, August 9th at 2:30
at Glasshagel field (1 block south of North Ave
and 1 block West of County Farm Road).
The DTA Elite will be looking to replace several players
who will not be able to play 18U again in 2010. We are
searching for top level pitchers and catchers along with
several position players.
DTA will play a rigorous exposure schedule with tournaments
in the fall at the Sparks and St. Louis and a summer schedule that
includes the Sparks tournament along with Chicago Metro and
other top tournaments in the Midwest.
DTA has quickly become a top exposure program in the Chicagoland
area with 21 of 23 players in the last 3 years committing to playing
college softball. This also includes 7 players who have garnered
Division I scholarships.
